Tasting Notes: This deep ruby red shows intense fruit aromas of blackberry and luxurious cherry, typical of Sangiovese.

Food Pairing: Best paired with tomato-based pastas, filled ravioli, hard cheeses and red meats. Best served at room temperature, between 16-18 C.
