This 8 year oldblended maltconsistsof malt whiskies, selected by Thompson Bros and combined and rested in a 1000 litre European oak solera vat.

This solera vat is never fully emptied, and each batch is left to gently integratewith the whisky reserved from the previous batch.

Once ready, whisky is drawn from the solera vat and slowly diluted to 48.5%. It is then bottled without chill-filtration and no colouring added.

An extremely versatile whisky, perfect for mixing and enjoying neat.
