Dr Harriss notes: To produce a punchy mid palette I was quite heavy with the juniper
and liquorice root. Cardamon, cassia and pepper give a hint of spice. Angelica root is
used to bind the flavours into a cohesive whole. A touch of orange to give the light
citrus front.
