Via Men Blanco is a white wine from the D.O. Ribeiro made by the Via Men winery, founded in 1988 in the town of Leiro and which is currently owned by the prestigious vallosoletana winery Pago de Carraovejas. The particular geographical location of the Ribeiro area, in Galicia, protects the vines from the constant storms of the Atlantic and creates an oceanic-Mediterranean climate, where it is mostly humid and has a mild average temperature of 14. These characteristics make it possible to produce wines with well-ripened grapes and a good acidity. This wine is a blend where the dominant variety, Treixadura is joined by the Godello, Loureira, Torronts, Albario and Lado varieties from 16 hectares of vines growing right next to the San Clodio Monastery.

Tasting Notes

Via Men Blanco 2018 is a white wine with delicious aromas of white and yellow fruit, suggestive floral notes and herbal touches. On the palate it is fresh, dry and harmonious. A very expressive wine with a smooth mid-palate and a long and fine aftertaste.
