This wine comes from the Alto-Adige region in Northern Italy that shares Italian, Austrian, and German roots. Gewrztraminer with a dierence with delicate aromas, not quite as opulent, not quite as sweet simply enjoyable. The color is clear bright golden yellow. A nose of deep, fruity aromas of orange peel, some dried fruit and marzipan, a hint of rose fragrance and cinnamon in the finish. The palate is invitingly drinkable, juicy fullness, full body and fresh, stimulating finish. Pair it with shellfish, Asian cuisine, curry dishes, South Tyrolean bacon, smoked sausages and rice pudding. 12.5% ABV
