WCB teamed up with the sour overlords at Duncan’s in NZ to concoct something funky for the Tokyo Beer Week 2024. Kumara is the Maori word for purple sweet potato, which is featured in this beer as a natural food coloring component. This beer was treated with a light dry hop (Rakau/Pacifica from Freestyle) and both Sudachi fruit juice and zest for a pop of Japanese citrus.
