Using the two year brandy as a base, a blend of many types of local orange peels, and a touch of house made caramelized simple syrup our Orange brandyis crafted. This brandy approaches the nose with bright orange and California Oak.

MASTER DISTILLER

Following in the footsteps of my great grandfather who was arrested in Tennessee during prohibition for making shine; we do nothing differentexcept we have a license! Im Patrick Brooks, the head distiller at Tin City Distillery and Wine Shine. We are located in the heart of Paso Robles, our drinking town with a farming problem. My background in law, teaching credential, wedding officiant experience, and employment as a voice over artist has all led me to crafting spirits. After all, we wouldnt want you to go thirsty! Consistently compared to Grand Marnier but locally made in California. This brandy approaches the nose with bright orange and California Oak. First taste of the burnt orange is frequently commented on as being citrus with a warm sweet hint of oak and caramel.
