TASTING NOTES

Cherry red to garnet in colour. The nose reveals blueberry and violets, plum, vanilla and quince with hints of native flora, bay leaf and anise. Subtle, seductive and showing lovely balance between fruit and spice, the palate is true to the variety, elegant and minerally with fine tannins.

Food Pairing: Enjoy with beef carpaccio and parmesan or kale and pine nut stir-fry, both served with grilled sourdough bread.
